What we think of the HSS Goldstar: It's incredible to pair the magic of a hotrodded "Super S" guitar with exacting Japanese craftsmanship and premium components. The result of this pairing is a high speed machine that has no problem slowing down to cover soulful tones. The two point tremolo takes vibrato and dive bombs without skipping a beat, making it perfect for nuanced playing. Worth noting: the writer of this rundown bought one and loves playing everything from Metallica to Creedance Clearwater Revival on it. The Sherwood Green finish is gorgeous!
