- General Accessories - 30 Calendar Days after shipment.
- Keyboard and/or Controller - 14 Calendar Days after shipment.
- Microphone - 14 Calendar Days after shipment.
- PA Speaker - 30 Calendar Days after shipment. (Excludes 100+ lb items which are non-returnable)
- Pro Audio and Mixers - 30 Calendar Days after shipment. (Excludes 100+ lb items which are non-returnable)
- Stringed Instrument - 21 Calendar Days after shipment
- Studio Monitor - 30 Calendar Days after shipment. (Excludes 100+ lb items which are non-returnable)

Non-Returnable Items:
- Special orders
- Software
- Consumables (e.g., strings)
- Discontinued products
- 100+ lb weight items
- Used or clearance items
Return Conditions:
- Items must meet eligibility requirements (see exceptions above).
- Products must show no signs of wear, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Missing items or customer-registered bundled software may result in a return handling charge.
- Refund applies to the product price only less return handling and restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact us to confirm return details.
- If approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship it to the address provided using UPS or Fedex with tracking.
Restocking Fee:
A minimum 10% restocking fee applies to items returned in anything less than original condition.
